‘Flip This House’ star Armando Montelongo looks to make a million on Newport Beach home

Armando Montelongo Jr. of “Flip This House” fame has listed his beachfront home in Newport Beach for $3.895 million.

That’s a seven-figure leap from when he bought it five years ago for $2.8 million, records show.

Found on the Balboa Peninsula not far from the pier, the home offers 2,242 square feet across two stories. An open floor plan makes up the main level, connecting a living room with a fireplace to a kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The master suite sits upstairs, opening up to a sun deck with views of the water. It’s one of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

An enclosed brick patio leads to the sand on one side of the home. On the other, there’s a two-car garage.

Montelongo and his team in San Antonio joined “Flip This House” in the second season. He’s also the CEO of Armando Montelongo Cos., which runs real estate investment seminars across the country.
