Jason gets the job done exceptionally well. Once our offer was accepted (there were about 4 total offers on the table), he briefed us on what needed to be done when, and was available any time to talk, explain, and repeat anything we needed to hear more than once. His knowledge of the industry is comprehensive. 30 days goes by fast, and he kept us on schedule, we felt fully informed the whole time. We also used about 5 inspectors to help us learn about the house we wanted to buy. Wow what a difference! Jason picked and scheduled a group of guys who’s knowledge and attention to detail left absolutely no questions in our mind as to what we were buying! Jason kept in touch, and had the right balance of diplomacy and professionalism that gave us the edge in this super competitive Los Angeles market. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone!
