My wife and I were home shopping for a few months without an agent. We met Patrick at an open house (he was working with the Seller’s Agent). Patrick gave off a knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy first impression, so when we decided to put an offer on the condo we chose to work with Patrick. He admittedly does not have as many years under his belt as some of his colleagues, but I never felt he was lacking any necessary knowledge or experience during the entire process. Quite the opposite when it comes to his passion for his profession and to take care of his Clients, which I think sets him apart. Patrick was extremely responsive however I needed to communicate (phone, text, email, or meeting at the property). He was also honest if anything ever came up he wasn’t 100% sure about, and found out quickly and got back to us. This was especially important to us as first time home buyers since we could have been “misled” unknowingly. During escrow, he provided us with 3 recommended contacts for inspectors, estimators, etc, but always welcomed us to use anyone we wanted as well. Patrick also showed great integrity. Working under the same roof as the Seller’s agent posed some sensitive challenges I’m sure, but I never felt like he had anyone else’s interest ahead of ours. He was also honest about what lines he could not cross in order to protect the Seller’s rights. We ended getting a great deal through the Escrow negotiations, and we closed on time without any major hiccups. There were definitely some stressful times during contingency periods, but he did well putting everything into perspective and calming our nerves. Looking back on the process, I would definitely work with Patrick if we had to do it over again, and if you are in the same area when we are ready to upgrade 5 years down the road, you bet we’ll be giving you a call.
