In Point Dume, clothing retailer and designer James Perse sold his latest home project and select furnishings for the asking price. The buyer of the property, a European-farmhouse-style house on Bison Court, was a California-based LLC with ties to Aileen Getty, a granddaughter of oil magnate J. Paul Getty.
