Jason Woodruff reps buyer of actress Ellen Page’s Hollywood Hills house.

Ellen Page’s Hollywood Hills home is on to the next chapter. After buying the Midcentury estate from tennis star Venus Williams five years ago, the “Juno” actress has sold it for $2.1 million.

That’s over $100,000 more than her asking price, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Nestled into a Nichols Canyon hillside, the 1950s home is approached by a covered walkway. A stacked-stone fireplace anchors the post-and-beam interior, which connects a great room to a dining area. Clerestories and walls of glass brighten the space.

Set under a skylight, the galley-style kitchen offers terrazzo floors — a brief respite from the hardwood that lines the rest of the home’s 1,528 square feet. Elsewhere, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an office with built-ins.

A native of Canada, Page received an Academy Award nomination for her role in 2007’s “Juno.” Her more recent credits include “To Rome with Love,” “X-Men: Days of Future Past” and “Flatliners.”
