Picfair Village

Picfair Village is an up-and-coming neighborhood in Los Angeles with the boundaries of Pico Blvd to the north, Hauser Blvd to the east, Venice Blvd to the south, and Fairfax Ave to the west. This neighborhood is made up of single-family homes and small residential apartments, mostly done in Mid-Century architecture. This area takes its name from the famous Picfair movie theater which once stood on the corner of Pico and Fairfax.
