‘MADtv’s’ Bryan Callen buys in Santa Monica for $2.95M.

Entered through a two-story foyer, the minimalist-vibe house features an open floor plan, polished concrete floors and modern fixtures throughout roughly 3,300 square feet of interior space. Sliding walls of glass and clerestory windows brighten white-walled living space with natural light.

Among living spaces is a great room with a fireplace, a dining area and a modern kitchen with a wide marble-topped island. A small bonus nook/gallery sits at the landing at the top of the stairs and has a bar with a wine cooler.

Three of the floor bedrooms reside on the second floor including a master suite with a glass-enclosed shower and freestanding tub. Sliding doors off the master bedroom open to a private balcony.

Outdoors, vibrant wood decking and fencing surrounds a rectangular swimming pool and spa. Built-in benches, a grill station and a lounge area complete the setting.

The house came to market in May for $3.195 million and was more recently listed for $2.995 million, public records show.

Sherri Noel of Keller Williams Realty was the listing agent. Dani Behr of the Agency represented the buyer.

Callen, 49, is an original cast member of the sketch comedy series “MADtv.” Among his other credits are the sitcoms “Caroline in the City” and “The Goldbergs,” as well as the first two “Hangover” films.

He is currently developing a spinoff of  the 1980s-based “The Goldbergs” that would set during the next following decade.
