My wife and I had a great experience working with Jason, Patrick, and Cody! A year went by from our first contact to when we were ready to buy. Jason kept in great contact and sure enough was there to help us when the time was right. We met with him and Patrick at their office and they carefully listened to all of our wants and need in a new home. Walked us through the process and we were off! They showed us new properties EVERY DAY until we found “the one.” Bidding wars are vicious in LA and we needed to act quickly. Jason skillfully advised us on a competitive bid and counter offer which was accepted. They set all the appointments for inspections and Patrick met us at the property for each. Final negotiations were made MUCH easier by Jason’s advice on which “battles” to fight and which to leave be. We ended up feeling great about the price (which was lower than appraisal!) Such a great experience. The icing on the cake? Our first piece of mail at our new address… A housewarming gift from Jason. The best!
